I want to heal so that I can be in a relation without being triggered

    💕 [05-30, 4:58 a.m.]  The treatment helped me to be aware of where in my body I had dense and heavy energy. That was not very easy, and it made me sad to see and feel this, but during the sessions, my energy shifted, and when I woke up the next morning, I felt more energy and light in my body and more hope that I could heal!   

Stephana works in an amazing way and she can find where the energy is stuck and 

release it! 

I am always very impressed by her way of giving the highest divine treatment and healing.

 on the surface, I explored your talent out of curiosity.  And come to think of it,  it was more courage and commitment that was required.  The aha moment that I referred to above was a walk in the park.  You helped me understand and know how mechanisms are working. 

I was adequately prepared to see the rainbow within the play.

The sessions I had were about clearing up childhood trauma, and the work done was brilliant. 

There was a very calming atmosphere during the sessions, which helped me find and pinpoint the main issues I had and convey them to Stefana. 

She took those pointers and went very deep to find the underlying cause and worked gently with me so that it would be cleared 100%.  

She also has a very soft and relaxed voice which guided me to go deep into a meditative state, and I did not feel that I was actively working or doing anything. It just happened naturally. 

I found the insights (tips) she got during the sessions very exciting. 

These insights were not only on the session's goal but also on other factors of my life that I had been working on that I did not talk to her about. 

She could pick up this information during the session.

She would talk about issues that I wasn't even aware of and how to fix them. 

After the session ended, I would always feel lighter than when I came in with a profound feeling of inner peace. I could tell for sure that there was an improvement. 

Overall, I have had a fantastic experience in the sessions. 

I became more peaceful, natural, calm, and in tune with my own needs and feelings. I also felt less lost in daily chores and obligations. I started to trust myself more and the people that I interact with. 

Now, I can understand myself and what is happening with detachment, and I noticed that people respond with the same feelings I have.   I am finding that the individual sessions are powerful and beneficial as I am in a different place now than when I started.

I could not be happier with my choice a few months ago.
